Speak Well as You Think on Your Feet
Private Coaching for Public Speaking

  • Appropriate practice areas: Litigation or transactional, or mix of both.
  • Experience level: Senior partners to junior associates.
  • Advanced preparation required: 15 minutes.
  • Total time commitment per attorney: two hours

Program structure:

60-minute lecture followed by 45-minute individual sessions; more attorneys can attend the lecture who do not receive individual coaching.

Number of participants:

Day 1 with lecture = eight individual sessions
Day 2, 3, + = twelve individual sessions

Rather than a live opening lecture, participants can watch a video online at their convenience, allowing for twelve individual sessions on Day 1.

Two intense days of short lectures and many short presentations recorded on video and constructively critiqued by the group.

As a client, you will receive a username and password to distribute to the lawyers at your firm, allowing for 24/7 access to “just-in-time” communication help.

Online Skype Coaching

This premium service is available for the attorney in your firm who needs immediate help with their communication skills, or suddenly discovers that he or she needs coaching for an imminent presentation. Using Skype, your lawyers can make immediate improvements to their presentations as they stand in their office or conference room. This is especially effective for attorneys who wish to polish speaking skills over several months of one-on-one work.
